From the above diagram, there are 12 wireless APs installed, and if you wish to get most of the response from AP search with better signal, the antenna selection will be 2dBi > 5dBi > 9dBi.

Please be noted, the high gain antenna is not a guaranty to reach more wireless AP, instead from this diagram you can see the 9dBi antenna can only get good signal from AP4 & AP10, the other APs might be hard to reach or even you can connect you will be getting weak and unstable signal.
